This is a studio flash strobe from Visico with an output of 300Ws. It is a small but powerful photography light source that is also lightweight and oval in shape. With a GN of 60 and stable color temperature, this flash light is quite powerful. It also features stepless power adjustments in 6 stop points (from full to 1/32) and light output adjustments to an accuracy of 1/10 f-stop.
Visico VL300PLUS is bowens mount compatible, hence, it is compatible with most strobe accessories that are also bowens mount compatible. The included modelling lamp has an output of 75W.
