The Vanguard Aluminum Monopod with Tri-Feet and VEO BP-50T Ball Head features a lightweight and compact monopod with foldable feet, and it includes a ball head that provides tilt/swivel and independent pan adjustment. The ball head has an Arca-type clamp and comes with an Arca quick release plate for mounting loads up to 17.6 lb. The quick release plate can also be transformed into a smartphone holder. The middle section of the plate flips up to support most phones up to 3.5″ wide. Also, when this middle section is flipped up, it offers a shoe mount on top so you can attach a mic, light, or other accessory above your smartphone.
