The Boya BY-WM8 Pro-K4 is a cost-effective wireless lavalier and handheld combo microphone system for two presenters, speakers, teachers, or lecturers. Designed for use with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and portable audio recorders, it offers quality sound, simple setup, and dependable performance right out of the box for presentations and events in small venues, wedding halls, and houses of worship as well as conference, educational, and corporate facilities.
The BY-WM8 Pro-K4 offers a flexible solution by including a dual-channel camera-mount receiver, a bodypack transmitter with an omnidirectional lavalier microphone, and a cardioid handheld transmitter/mic. The lav provides a discreet hands-free mic option, while the handheld mic is ideal in situations where you don’t have time to position a lavalier mic or you need to quickly pass the mic between several people.
Included are a mic clip and foam windscreen for the lavalier, plus two output cables to connect the receiver to your camera.

This wireless system can be used to capture audio from one subject for electronic news gathering (ENG), electronic field production (EFP), film, business, and educational applications.
Featuring an easy-to-read LCD display, wide switching RF bandwidth, PLL-synthesized tuning, and digital companding circuitry, the BY-WM8 Pro-Kit 1 system is equipped with 48 selectable UHF channels and offers broadcast-quality sound. Other features include selectable stereo and mono modes on the dual-channel receiver, a mute function, LCD-locked function, receiver headphone output for monitoring, and 300′ operation range.
Furthermore, the system is powered by AA batteries (sold separately), which offer up to 6 hours of continuous operation.
