The Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) are premium smart glasses developed in partnership between Ray-Ban and Meta. They preserve Ray-Ban’s iconic frame styles — Wayfarer, Headliner, and Skyler — while packing in powerful smart features. The Gen 2 version is focused on major upgrades: notably, battery life is doubled, delivering up to 8 hours of typical use, and the charging case provides an additional 48 hours on the go.

For creative capture, the Gen 2 glasses include a 12 MP ultra-wide camera that supports 3K Ultra HD video (HDR) at up to 60 fps, making your moments sharper and more vivid than before.  New AI features are also introduced, including a “Conversation Focus” mode that amplifies the voice of the person you’re talking to using the open-ear speakers — handy in noisy environments.

On the audio front, the glasses use open-ear speakers, letting you listen to music, get directions or make calls while still being aware of your surroundings. The built-in 5-microphone array helps with voice clarity during calls and voice commands. They connect to your phone via Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6, and come with 32 GB of built-in storage, enough for hundreds of photos and videos.

Design-wise, you get real Ray-Ban styling, including prescription lens support (from –6.0 to +4.0) and a variety of lens options (clear, transitions, polarized).The Gen 2 glasses also have an LED indicator to signal when recording is in progress, helping with transparency and privacy.
